Easy to assemble .need to adjust the handles to suite for your comfort.strap is easy to adjust,and it’s got a quick relaese, wich is good.comes with a mixing bottle .does have a bit of vibration but that doesn’t bother me .all in all a good strimmer, does the job,powerful aswell

Really pleased with this, cheaper than rentingStill very happy. Longer sessions of very heavy duty use (brambles over an inch using a blade) and it does occasionally cut out – I suspect there is dirt in the fuel lines. It has occasionally popped out of the harness. But I have saved myself hundreds in hiring equipment.
I was hesitant before buying this, wondering if it could really be any good at this price. I’m amazed that it is in fact a better piece of kit than the strimmer I rented a few weeks before buying this (and a weeks rental cost £100!).I’ve used this to clear several hundred sqm of nettles and brambles using a blade, and it hasn’t struggled at all. It is a little heavy and the vibration does get to you with prolonged use, but overall I’m really pleased.Worth buying a funnel for refuelling though, as the supplied bottle makes a huge mess otherwise.

DO NOT BUY – WARRANTY IS USELESS
Was initially pleased with this strimmer – it seemed to work well and the quality felt ok at the price. However, that all changed after the engine seized mid use. I contacted warranty support who asked me to verify the engine had definitely seized. I sent them a video and they requested I (i) empty all fluids and (ii) return it to them for a repair. Unfortunately, having diligently repackaged it, the courier then failed to collect the parcel for a week. I kind of put that down to the courier company and it was then collected, albeit with a load of hassle trying to sort. However, things then deteriorated when Hyundai got in touch to say that they were refusing the repair on the basis “there was no evidence of oil use” unless i paid over a £100 for the repair!! Of course, I pointed out that I had used oil on each and every occasion of using the strimmer and, had they not asked me to drain the strimmer before returning, that would of been clear from the petrol in the tank (which was mixed with the oil)! Despite that, they are simply refusing to repair unless i pay. In the circumstances, I then contacted Amazon who sprang to the rescue and agreed an immediate refund. Good old Amazon!However, it is completely out of order that Genpower (who are the customer services for Hyundai) appear to think they have me over a barrel and can simply refuse to repair within the warranty period despite me having followed the instructions to a tee. So, all in all, I would avoid this like the plague. The warranty is meaningless. BUYER BEWARE.

Great price, delivered on time and works very well. I used it for the first time to clear a load of thick brambles with no issues. There is a metal cutting blade supplied, but I was after a mulching blade so I bought the Oregon 4x 300mm mulching blade and would also 100% recommend this as it leaves just thin twigs on the ground instead of long, thick bits of bramble. This is also available on Amazon and is around £15 at the min

I’m used to brush cutters so found it easy to assemble and adjust balance and harness, although the latter may need some tweaking. Good starter and does the job. Seems quite good on fuel, I’m 81, 82 soon and found it quite easy to work with.
