I have now used it once and it did all that I asked of it. It was complete when delivered out of the box. The battery is particularly easy to attach and detach to charger and machine.

Looks alright but not sure so not re-ordered!
Disappointed really! The first clue might have been the large oil patch inside the box,. Is that supposed to be there? I don’t know, I have never bought anything electrical before that had oil on it. The battery charger got very hot and I would say dangerously hot and the red light stayed on even though the battery was fully charged so the decision was made that we should return it The trimmer itself looked a nice item and it felt nice in my hands not too heavy at all but it was a faulty one. We did wonder if it had been returned before it sort of had that look about it, Anyway Amazon dealt with it for us.
