Does the job
I bought this Hedge trimmer for a two small laurel hedges in my garden (about 18ft long combined) The trimmer is light and easy to handle. There is plenty of battery life to cut the hedge. It also has a good blade length. While is does cut the hedge, it seems to find the broad laurel leaves a bit of a struggle – works ok though

Good all-round Trimmer with the added advantage of no mains cable.
Got this to replace our long-serving mains-powered trimmer. Enough battery capacity to trim many yards of hedge, and battery charges up quickly. Robust cutters, which handle thin branches easily. Design of handles helps control the trimmer. Being cordless, there’s no need to worry about a long cable, as our previous trimmer had, getting in the way or getting accidentally cut and tripping the household circuit breaker! (er……… or so I’ve been given to understand can happen …..). Longer term, need to see what the battery life is after many charges/discharges.

Great for tickling your bushes
Very disappointed with the power of this trimmer. Literally all it was good for was tickling the leaves. If you have to get cordless then invest in one with more voltage. I returned this and bought a corded in the end just to guarantee some power.To reintegrate this trimmer is extremely weak and short.

Household name and quality product. Cuts brilliantly including thick growth. Long battery life and lightweight to hold. Highly recommended this product from Flymo and goid value for money.

Battery issues
Product is excellent when eventually I did get it to work.Had to replace item 3 times due to battery faults .Amazon were very accommodating with replacements.Flymo on their part should hang their heads in shame , due to the obvious poor quality of the batteries supplied.

Im Impressed
I was amazed how long the battery lasted. I got all of my front hedges done on just one charge. Its also nice and light to use and makes hedge cutting so much easier. Had no problems cutting my hedges with this. Im Impressed.

OK with slight reservations.
a. Generally seems fine.b. Better on twigs and similarly harder material (up to the permitted diameter) – not quite so good on softer material.c. Not well packaged – the card was split at the point where the blade joins the handle. A label on the manufacturer’s box is a bit lazy.Longevity will be the real test.
