What should I do if I receive a broken car stereo or accessory?

What do I do if I can’t connect to carpaly or other functions ?

How to install this Motorcycle Carplay？
Because it is portable and comes with bracket kit and tools, so easy to install ,it only takes about 3-5 minutes, not like traditional carpaly which has many wires,and save a lot of installation costs.

In this case, it is best to directly connect the power cable to the motorcycle battery.

excellent device
excellent CarPlay device and well worth the money. Well built and links to phone straight away. I have hard wired this to my bike as it requires in excess of 5A to work and my usb socket does not supply that. Remember it only mirrors your phone it is not a stand alone sat nav.

Solid choice and convenient nav display
Good size on my voge 900dsx. Boots up fast and mount very convenient to leave display in top box when out and about. Am using android auto on it which works well, as does waze. Screen res very good and brightness good in daytime light and easily readable. Wired direct, but USB appears to work fine for me. No complaints so far.

Great device for your Motorcycle.
I bought this to enable me to access all my devices whilst on my motorcycle e. g. Phone, music, HPS, etc. In the past I had to fiddle with the operator buttons on my helmet which was difficult with gloved hands, dangerous in that whilst fiddling I was constantly distracted from the road & also frustrating because pressing the right helmet buttons was nigh on impossible. With the Carpuride I can now see all functions on the screen in from of me making life much easier & safer to operate the helmet functions I need too.

looks better than it works and after sales is slow and rubbish, they even gave me sofware upgrade which failed as well, its cheap and compromisedI researched this on youtube with lots of bikers giving great reviews, but they all had free one to test and keep, even though of course that never influences them to give positive reviews. Visually its good, but not logical to me anyway how it works, as you have to come in and out of Carplay or Android Auto??Now the truth! mine did not work with gloves, which i realised after 2 days of trying to get the thing to work as it should, because it does not, they give you a stupid cheap and nasty button thing to press on your handle bars as well, probably they know it dont work with gloves on!! even if it did you have to keep pressing apps as voice commands dont work properly, not matter what set up is used to pair phone, intercoms etc, just cheap and hopeless, and I dont really understand how it get the good reviews even if it was free to youtubers! The concept is good but its not plug and play either 702s Pro you have to mess around with it and get to understand it, when all devices are connected to it the quality of phone audio is crap. If you connect your phone directly to your helmet I have HJC 21b Comms, its great, this what you do normally on any bike, as soon as you put this pile of pooh bewteen them, its all downhill, I really wanted it to work and for me it didnt maybe ist because i dont do youtube reviews.

Brilliant addition to my bike. Get on and ride moments. Simple installation and easy to use, info is right where it’s needed and user friendly when riding. Carpuride does drain phone battery faster than normal so a power port is recommended. Holds up very well in the rain and easy to see in sun light. Touch sensitive screen works well also, I’ve had no issues.The secure docking is ideal and simple and the handle bar controls are useful.

I have found the Carpuride to be everything that I wanted. It is easy to install on my BMW R 1250 RT and works extremely well. The quality is good and overall I am very happy with it.

Inizialmente avevo acquistato un altro display Android Auto con sgancio rapido, convinto che fosse l’unico modello con questa funzione. Poi ho scoperto questo!Con il primo ho avuto problemi hardware: collegato via USB si spegneva dopo un po’, e non avendo il tasto di accensione ero costretto a collegarlo direttamente alla batteria, quindi solo sotto chiave (operazione non proprio semplice su tutte le moto). Inoltre aveva diversi limiti di utilizzo.Questo invece è tutta un’altra storia: ha un comodo tasto di accensione/spegnimento e, grazie alla chiave, posso lasciarlo montato anche per brevi pause senza doverlo sganciare ogni volta. Molto più pratico e sicuro. Nota negativa: la chiave è universale per tutti i Carpuride, quindi non è il massimo in termini di sicurezza.Nell’uso quotidiano è nettamente più comodo del modello precedente, perché non costringe al montaggio sotto chiave: lo accendo e spengo quando voglio, anche tramite telecomandino in dotazione (che devo ancora montare perché va fatto passare il cavo smontando mezza moto). Funziona benissimo: luminoso, veloce e reattivo.Ha la luminosità automatica che funziona molto bene, doppio bt che onestamente non uso, collego solo lo smartphone ed a questo poi l’interfono, non vedo l’utilità del doppio bluetooth, faccio tutto da smartphone. Forse con un interfono meno evoluto puo’ tornare utile se si viaggia in coppia collegandosi direttamente a lui per condividere ad esempio la musica ma deduco che poi la musica debba essere poi per forza sulla microsd(ipotizzo dato che non è una funzione che ho provato)Unico difettuccio: manca il pinch to zoom. In Google Maps quindi bisogna arrangiarsi con doppio tap o i tasti “+” e “-”. Nulla di grave, per il resto va alla grande.Molto carina anche la possibilità di personalizzare la schermata home con una foto a piacere: serve solo una microSD con l’immagine elaborata da un sito (facile da trovare con una ricerca).In conclusione: consigliatissimo! Nonostante non abbia trovato un attacco specifico per la mia moto, sono riuscito comunque a montarlo senza problemi. L’unica mia preoccupazione è la durata dell’attacco a sgancio rapido, che potrebbe rompersi (in rete già si trovano versioni in metallo). Carpuride a quanto pare manda attacchi rinforzati in caso di rottura, ma secondo me dovrebbero fornirli già di serie!

Estupendo CarPlay.Se sincroniza súper fácil con Android Auto del móvil.Tiene un soporte con llave para poder quitar y poner fácilmente.Una pantalla de 7 pulgadas muy visible y que se ajusta automáticamente a la luz ambiental.Funciona perfectamente con un Galaxy A50 con 4G.De lo mejor en GPS que he tenido.

Dieses Gerät macht endlich Schluss mit den teilweise kleinen Ansichten auf sündhaft teuren Navis oder Smartphones. Die Darstellung entspricht der, aus dem Auto gewohnten Android Auto oder Apple Carplay. Einmal eingerichtet, wir die Verbindung zum Smartphone automatisch hergestellt, auch zum Headset. Die Darstellung ist super, auch bei Sonneneinstrahlung. Die mitgelieferte Halterung gibt bisher keinen Anlass zur Kritik. Der elektrische Anschluss sollt direkt am Bordnetz und nicht über einen USB-Anschluss erfolgen, da diese Anschlüsse meistens zu schwach ausglegt sind. Das Carpuride läuft dann gar nicht oder nicht stabil. Direkt am Bordnetz angeschlossen (geschsltetes plus) fährt es zuverlässig beim einschalten der Zündubg hoch. Ich bin begeister und werde es weitrr empfehlen.
