There is no paid. The software is constantly being optimised and upgraded，we can send you new upgrades to the software. (Please send us your order number and version number).
How to customize the boot LOGO screen?
Send us the picture and the item vesion number (find in setting).
What should I do if I receive a broken car stereo or accessory?
If problem about cables, cigarette lighters, brackets, etc., please tell us, we can send you new replacements. In addition, the product provides 1 month returns and 1 year repair.
What do I do if I can’t connect to carpaly or other functions ?
Our motorcycle carplay screen is a complex functional product, which may be used incorrectly, resulting in failure to connect. You can read the information on product page or refer to User manual, or tell us for help.
How to install this Motorcycle Carplay？
Because it is portable and comes with bracket kit and tools, so easy to install ,it only takes about 3-5 minutes, not like traditional carpaly which has many wires,and save a lot of installation costs.

Good piece of kit. The longer attachment is sturdy, didn’t use the shorter one. Connection to Bluetooth is a bit fiddly to get headset and phone working but it does work and then all works fine. Display is very clear.

Carplay/Android play at a fraction of the cost.
I bought this after upgrading my phone to a new model. Previously, I used Quadlock parts to mount my phone to my motorcycle, but having changed my phone, I didn’t like the idea of paying £60 for a new case and then having a £1500 phone on the bike handles, so I had a punt at one of these.For the price, it’s fantastic, the screen works really well, connects straight away and brings up music and maps. It’s responsive, easy to install with 2 wiring options, and I can confirm it is waterproof.The only reason for it losing a star is the mounting options; I had to order a separate bar in order to attach it. (You may not need to, depending on how you install it)

Bought this for my motorbike as I was sick of messing about with a phone that kept moving with vibration. This item is brilliant, once you hook it up properly to your phone. The screen is nice and bright and so far I have had no connection drop outs like some others have experienced. If you struggle with connection look up keith jobson Car play auto on a bike on YouTube to summerise I’m glad I bought this and would highly recommend it.

IThe unit arrived quickly however stopped working after two days use. Refused to connect up to the same mobile phone. Various fault screens appeared. Contacted the manufacturers who gave me suggestions and sent me a link to reinstall the software again.Problem could not be cured. They asked me did I want a refund or a replacement unit. A new unit arrived straight from the assemblyLine and has proven to be great. Carpuride are very helpful and did everything possible to cure the problem. You can buy with complete confidence. The screen is big, bright and very quick to connect up now 100 percent satisfaction.

Montage facile. La mise en route se fait bien en utilisant le mode d’emploi en français sur le site carpuride et est bien fait par rapport à certains tuto qui racontent n’importe quoi. Attention que Carpuride ne prend pas en compte certains planificateurs comme c’est le cas toujours actuellement de Calimoto que j’utilisais. J’utilise maintenant 68 ° qui est compatible depuis ce mois de septembre et cela fonctionne bien ✌🏻
