There is no paid. The software is constantly being optimised and upgraded，we can send you new upgrades to the software. (Please send us your order number and version number).
How to customize the boot LOGO screen?
Send us the picture and the item vesion number (find in setting).
What should I do if I receive a broken car stereo or accessory?
If problem about cables, cigarette lighters, brackets, etc., please tell us, we can send you new replacements. In addition, the product provides 1 month returns and 1 year repair.
What do I do if I can’t connect to carpaly or other functions ?
Our motorcycle carplay screen is a complex functional product, which may be used incorrectly, resulting in failure to connect. You can read the information on product page or refer to User manual, or tell us for help.
How to install this Motorcycle Carplay？
Because it is portable and comes with bracket kit and tools, so easy to install ,it only takes about 3-5 minutes, not like traditional carpaly which has many wires,and save a lot of installation costs.

IMPRESSED! It comes well packaged with instructions, but to be honest you don’t really need them as its quite intuitive. I have a 2017 BMW GSA, with the analog clocks, and I just mounted it in the Garmin mount, turned the bike on and it just worked. Phone connection to my Galaxy Note 24 was painless via Bluetooth. Once that’s done you’ll have easy access to Android Auto etc, which is much better than Garmin these days. Changing the screen brightness and the background from light to Dark, which seems best to me was very straightforward. All in all its a nice digital upgrade for my analog bike. If you have an older BMW bike, these are worth a look.

Fantastic addition to my bike. Screen is really good. Took me a while to get everything to speak to each other and figure that out but there are some good videos out there on you tube etc. A nice upgrade worth the money.

Great screen but…..
The 7in screen is easily viewable in daylight and is miles better than other systems like chigee or BMW or Garmin. The screen mirroring is easy to set up and integrates well with the BMW wiswheel …when it works.However, the helmet audio connections are a nightmare…I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now and still haven’t been a b le to work out away to get the audio through to my helmet, I’ve even had a friend who’s a software engineer try and help.Im using a 2024 Senna 50 intercom with updated firmware and software, which works perfectly well with the old chigee and BMW connected ride and phone, but not the carpuride. The other issue is that if you stop and use you phone in manual mode to access say an email, message etc then you then lose the Wisiwheel functionality.The unit has the potential to be the best on the market if they can just make it easier to set up and use and integrate with the other technology on the market like helmets coms and phones.

Da quando ho installato il Carpuride W702BS Pro sulla mia moto, ogni uscita è diventata un’esperienza completamente diversa. Finalmente ho un display da 7 pollici che non solo è ben visibile anche sotto il sole, ma che integra perfettamente Android Auto e (non è il mio caso) Apple CarPlay. Posso usare Google Maps, Waze, ascoltare musica con Spotify, rispondere alle chiamate e persino controllare tutto con il controller BMW, una comodità impagabile.Il sistema di sgancio rapido con chiave mi dà tranquillità quando parcheggio. In meno di un minuto posso rimuoverlo e portarlo con me.Il touchscreen risponde bene anche con i guanti, e la connessione Bluetooth è stabile. Durante un viaggio di oltre 1.000 km, non ha mai dato segni di cedimento.Le app si aprono velocemente, la navigazione è fluida e il layout è pensato per essere usato in movimento. È come avere un cruscotto digitale evoluto.Consiglio personale… se hai una moto BMW con controller a rotella, questo dispositivo è praticamente fatto su misura. Super consigliato.Prometto di aggiornare il feedback!

Funciona correctamente. Es perfecto para BMW R1250GS, no tapa nada del TFT. Por poner una pega, no puedes encenderlo fuera de la moto, es decir, que si tienes que hacer una pruebas de conectividad o actualizar, no puedes hacerlo en casa, solo podrás hacerlo con la moto encendida.
