Oh my goodness, this phone support dual sim but not Sd card available if you use 2 sim cards for your phone calls. It best to use just one sim card with Sd card on the sim tray. It can be very confusing. But the phone is very good and the sound is very good, Stereo. Very good quality camera 📷. I’ve had the phone for a day now. My first one in black was stolen out the box! Black was then unavailable so I got the white one. Backtrack…. Amazon refunded me for the missing phone from the box! Very impressive customer service!!I bought this phone to bump up my camera options. My xiaomi redmi note 9S does a fine job on the whole, including video, and many other things but I needed a higher quality of video camera.I film tai chi routines and some of the routines are quite expandy. This is where a wide angle, uhd 4K option is so handy. I can then crop the video after shooting for an impressive end video that I played around, uninhibited, with zooming in an out with a pc video editor.This has dual speakers. You’ll go on YouTube and listen to reviewers say its OK. But they are so spoilt I’m finding them out of touch these days with where the majority of us are buying from (mid range). The sound is the best I’ve ever had on a smart phone by a long shot. The last two years I had an Sony Xperia 1(flag ship). Video filming for my purposes was very disappointing. Battery life poor. Sound poor. So I spent the whole of last year with my xiaomi redme note 9s(£209). Producing better quality video than the Sony and sound.So far after a day of testing yesterday(an 90mins after sunset, clear video with a bit of grass shimmering) and today in bright light the video is looking very good so far(very clear in every point).My final test is a particular shirt I wear when doing the professional shoot of my Tai Chi routines for online video.I’ve now switched my sim into this phone, tonight.I’m looking forward to testing out calls.The screen is lovely. I’m very happy with it. A big jump from the xiaomi. The Sony screen is probably its best feature. But the phone is too skinny. I found texting very annoying and difficult. This Samsung has a broader footprint. So I’m finding texting, using a compatible stylus (not the Samsung one) and swift key keyboard working very effectively.It has an under screen fingerprint scanner. The phone screen from off will activate with a double tap on screen. Place your scanned finger over the fingerprint image until the phone unlocks. It works very well.Finally, I really love the look of the phone. I like the matt finish very much. The white looks great. Some people like these skinny bezels but I find with a cover on those it’s difficult to switch sideways to another screen. So I like a bit of bezel on a phone. I didn’t like the curved screen thing. It offers poor protection even with a screen protector.Order this before the Samsung ear buds special offer ends on the 27th april. They are worth £100!4th December updateI’m still loving this phone. Great battery life. Some days when I don’t use it much its got 73% left.I’ve used it to film myself doing tai chi for teaching purposes. The wide angle has been most useful which I then crop on the computer afterwards.It’s so reliable too. Also I never feel its time to get another phone as I’m bored with it or I feel there’s something better out there.I feel mid-range now is where the market is and the camera options will get better and better as time moves on.February 2nd 2022Thus phone is so good! It feel so natural to me and it’s not feeling dated at all. The earbuds work really well with it. I’ve had all updates for it.This phone will easily be acceptable for over 2 years of a standard contract.

Likes:. Good screen.. Good size (not too large).. Good touch-screen.. Good “keyboard” and cursor positioning if editing a text.. Android 12 is an improvement (more comprehensive, auto-copy, auto-fill). Lots of Sounds and Ringtones.Dislikes:. Different USB socket than my old J6 (meant I had to buy new charging leads).. Battery life seems poor – heavy use = 50% in a day (but I’m told this is the case on Smart Phones?). Fingerprint recognition is utterly useless, never works.. Face recognition bad in low light (night time).

Great phone. One of the last with headphone jack and separate SD card slot. Reliable, great camera, easy to use as are the Samsung Galaxy range. Had Samsungs for years now. Did not want one that relied on huge data base to store my things on. SD Card only way to go. Battery life great. All features as expected on Galaxies.Don’t use fingerprint or face recognition. So cannot tell you.Good phone.My friend going to buy one now too.

Defective rubbish!
This is my third straight Samsung Galaxy phone, upgrading most recently from the A5 which was amazing for the price. But with the A52, you get what you pay for.After just over a month of standard usage, the flashlight suddenly stopped working. It’s a hardware problem, and so a repair is the only way to fix it. Samsung says their warranty will cover it… if you send your phone back to them for repair which can take up to 10 days! Who can go without a phone for 10 days? On site repairs aren’t free, so now I am paying to have THEIR DEFECTIVE PHONE fixed.What a waste of my time and money. Avoid this phone like the plague.

Really nice phone. you do get what you pay for. I had a Xiaomi Mi10T lite 5g before I bought this phone. I had broken the camera on my old phone and it was coming up to two years old so decided to replace. I love the colour balance and resolution of the screen. The box says enterprise version but that is good as it means you are guaranteed to get several years of software updates for the phone and it also has Samsung Knox so you can install a work profile on the device without any issues. It supports Samsung Pay which I haven’t tried out and the Wifi and bluetooth and 5G all work fine. The battery life is very good too. The fingerprint reader is okay, it’s not amazing as sometimes you have to reposition your finger over the sensor but otherwise it’s all good and I love it

Bonjour,Je suis vraiment deçus de Amazon, plus de 5 ans de commande chez vous.j’ai un souci avec mon téléphone Samsung Galaxy A52 : il n’est pas cassé juste un problème au micro, le service client me dit que je dois me débrouiller avec Samsung (on a du mal à les avoir et il nous renvoie vers vous). En gros je me suis bien fait avoir,au prix du téléphone 400€ cela commence à m’énerver que vous ne puissiez pas faire un geste en nous certifiant le remboursement sans frais.Merci de votre compréhension.
