Quality at an affordable price
This HP laptop is a solid bit of kit for the price.The AMD Ryzen 3 chip handles daily stuff without any fuss during browsing, Zoom calls, Netflix, all smooth with no lag.The 15.6” Full HD screen is clear and easy on the eyes, even if you’re on it all day. It’s built sturdy, starts up fast, and the battery lasts a decent full day so far.If you just want a reliable laptop for home or work that doesn’t overcomplicate things, this one’s good value. I’d recommend it.

A good laptop for daily use
I have not had this laptop for long however it was simple to set up and seems well made ahas a good sized screen and keyboard i only use it mainly for file transfer ie photoes and audio books onto mps players i do not play games i only have it for light use i hope it lasts well i would recommend it for any use i have also found the sound to be more than accepable and ample loud enough

A Laptop suited to my needs. As I am an OAP who does not require a fast processor for gaming.

Poor battery life
Having been a big fan of HP this being my third, the last one is still working after 15 years.I have not been impressed so far with my new machine. The battery only lasts a couple of hours and the charger keeps falling out. However it’s very light, boots up quickly and is easier to use. All in all a little disappointing for HP.

check you have your microsoft password before buying!
This was fine but i sent it back due to Microsoft password issues. I might have been able tosolve these but did not wish to risk something that could affect the guarantees. It was nothing to do with Amazon. I wanted it for personal use & I am not in business or at school!
