A great workout tool
I have a long term shoulder injury and am currently having treatment but also need to exercise and get everything moving again. When the bands first arrived, I tried certain positions, but struggled with the 20 pounds one. I could hardly pull it, it has taken a while to build up my strength. The band is very comfortable to use with soft rubber grip handles, it is strong and flexible and finally, it all became easier for me to exercise with it. I gradually began to feel more confident and have increased my muscle tone and flexibility, which had been pretty poor.I also use it looped on my feet for general exercises not just associated with the injured arm and shoulder. This equipment targets arms, back, shoulders, legs and hips. It is the perfect tool for body stretching and resistance training. The enclosed leaflet, shown in my image, illustrates certain exercises in a workout guide. This is a wonderful set, which comes in its own draw string bag, which is really handy when you already have an assortment of exercise equipment for Pilates and other classes, stashed away in a huge bag. At £9.99, I think it is excellent value and I thoroughly recommend it.

Easy to use
Surprisingly well made and way better than I thought, especially based on the price. The rubber is exceptionally well made and has pretty good strength and memory as in the two weeks that these have been used they still all look and feel like new.Handles have a good grip and are comfortable to use.The only issue you may have with these is that you can’t really upgrade or have a higher resistance once you start to use theseAs a starter, or somebody starting on there fitness journey, and you have yet to find your fitness level, these are a perfect start. They are easy to use, can be stored away easily and you do not need a lot is space to use theseCan highly recommend these resistant bands

versatile workout bands with a few handle drawbacks
These figure-8 resistance bands come in three strengths- 20, 40, and 60 pounds, each in a different colour, making them easy to tell apart. They’re perfect for working your shoulders, upper body, or adding gentle resistance for physical therapy. They’re shorter than traditional flat bands, but the handles make them comfortable and easy to use, so they’re a great addition to any existing set. The only real drawback is the handles; they look solid, but the plastic can bend, and the small slits can pinch your hands, so I recommend wearing gloves to avoid that. Overall, the bands offer good resistance, are well-designed, and have become a handy part of my workouts.

Good value and provide muscle building where none was before
Reviewing the 3 x figure 8 resistance bands from COCOCUI, I thought what can one expect for £9.99 ? But my scepticism was unfounded as it is “quite a lot”.You receive 3 different colour bands marked 20lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs, all with hand grips, together with instructions on an exercise regime plus a handy draw-string bag to keep them in. As far as I can tell, each band feels a stronger pull compared with the next one and I’m following an exercise pattern picked up from the internet. It’s week 3 and so far so good – I’m incorporating it with some yoga moves so it’s not meant to be an out and out heavy routine – not yet at any rate.I noticed some indentations on some of the bands where they had been stored heavily or just shipped badly. I don’t think they’ll split but I’m keeping my eye on those spots (I’ll update this review if any break as a consequence). I feel they are good value (at the time of review £9.99). They compare very favourably with others I’ve seen.

Too short
Bit too short for my needs

Easy to use and help with my damaged back muscles.
These were suggested to me to help with a damaged/weak back muscle issue, I seem to damage it so easily and tend to suffer for months each time I do.Although I have only just started to use these, they seem to already help me feel better, the pain and disconfort eases after a short use, and they are simple enough to use.Im not expecting a miracle fix but I am having my fingers crossed that they keep working. I find these to be really good.

I’m very pleased with these figures 8 exercise bands. I’m an older guy looking to maintain strength and mobility without having to take time out of my life to hit the gym. Along with some other portable exercise devices I’ve been doing that by incorporating a few minutes of exercise here and there into my days and evenings. These bands fit that strategy to a tee. Lightweight, versatile and when used appropriately very effective.Initially, I was hesitant to trust that they wouldn’t break and snap back against me however they’ve since proven themselves to be much stronger than I am. I was curious to understand how the bands were joined at the ends and one of my photos shows the multilayered connection point. It appears to be designed in such a way that the harder you pull the tighter the grip.At first I didn’t like the handles which are semi-soft and flexible but with some time using them I appreciate that flexibility now. It seems like the pliability of the handles places less strain where the bands meet the handle edges. Time will tell how long this friction point lasts but for now it’s working well.Twenty, thirty and forty pounds are good weights for my needs currently. The handles are small enough that it is possible to grasp two bands at once and still maintain a good grip. Three bands is a bit much for me but someone with big hands could probably manage it.

I ordered these resistance bands to up my fitness game. I also tend to spend more time indoors during the winter. I don’t have a gym membership, and I don’t want a gym membership. I know I wouldn’t use it to make the expense worthwhile. These figure 8 resistance bands are excellent quality. They are made of natural latex and are pretty flexible. The handles provide excellent grip. Currently, I am using the lowest #, and plan to work my way up as I gain more comfort. The design fits the contours of your hands and body well. These resistance bands are good to work your arms, shoulders, back and hips and legs. There are some YouTube videos to demonstrate using similar bands. These are also good for recovery from leg, knee and back injuries, helping to recover torn MCL and ACL, knee replacement surgery, patella and meniscus rehabilitation. The resistance weights are yellow-20lbs, red-30lbs, black-40lbs. They come with a sturdy carrying bag, that allows you to take them anywhere.I would definitely recommend these!

The Figure 8 Resistance Bands with Handles are a solid piece of workout equipment with several strengths, but also a few quirks worth noting. The first pro you’re introduced to upon opening your order is the thoughtful packaging and presentation. The bands arrived in a carry bag, which makes it easy to keep them organized, clean, and portable. The handles are comfortable to grip, which is important for longer sets, and the included instructions offer a handful of exercise suggestions to get started. They are simple to use, compact enough to keep by the TV or in a small space, and at 20 pounds of resistance, they feel appropriately challenging for everyday workouts or physical therapy routines. There are, however, some drawbacks. The middle portion of the band is held together by a Velcro-like strip. While it displays the resistance weight, it also tends to pick up dust, dirt, or pet hair very easily. Since it does not add much structural value, its main function seems cosmetic or informational. It can be removed, but I found it unnecessary beyond labeling, and the material makes the band harder to keep clean. Another shortcoming lies in the exercise guide. It includes some useful illustrations, but a few sections are incomplete or oddly labeled, such as showing blank spots where shoulder stretches were supposed to be demonstrated.Despite these issues, the bands work as intended. They provide a reliable resistance level, are easy to store and transport, and lend themselves well to pairing with casual activities like watching TV, which makes it easier to build consistency with workouts.Overall, these resistance bands are well suited for anyone looking for a lightweight, portable workout option. The handles and carry bag are excellent touches, though the Velcro center strip and incomplete exercise guide could be improved.
