Good resistance bands, value for money
Good resistance bands, useful to combine them for strong resistance force because the xx heavy one isn’t that difficult to pull when on lower arms. They helped me strengthen my leg after a bad attack of sciatica resulting in some atrophy of the thigh muscles. Very good value for money and easy to use. They are a perfect size for a shorter than average sized person like me. There are more expensive resistance bands out there I’m sure but these did the job for me!

Es passt alles, nur waren die grauen Bänder leider schon etwas gelblich. Wahrscheinlich lagen sie lange im Lager herum. Ansonsten bin ich voll und ganz zufrieden!
