Absolutely the best cover and thumb grips ive ever used. Ive used loads of covers and grips going back to the ps3 and these are the best in every way.The cover fits perfectly with no baggy loose parts like all the rest i have used. Its made of quality thick rubber material that snaps snuggly around the whole controller. Puzzles me how some have said they were snapped as they are packaged well enough. All you have to do is always hold the thicker bits never the thinner parts and ease them over carefully. I could see over stretching tearing them but a bit of care and you’ll be fine. The nobbles give great grip and are way better than the bear controller. No sweating no slipping feels comfortable in your hands.The thumb grips are way better than the cheaper ones and theyre so simple to install too. You just turn them inside out place them in the middle and let them snap back over the stick too. Job done. Like i said ive had loads and the rest have always been too thick restricting your play. So when you push forward the grip hits the rubber cover and impedes it. Meaning your having to put loads of pressure to go in the direction you want to go. That does not happen with these at all and i can see a lot of precise and quality work went into both the cover and grips.They maybe a little dearer than some but are well worth the extra. Just get some you wont be disappointed.

So I like and always have liked just stock console hardware…until the PS5 pad, it felt quite slippy and I thought about buying a different pad but then I stumbled across this Play Vital grip and analogue stick grips and soon as I fitted them it felt so much more solid! That squidge of the silicone and the raised bumbs are so much more grippy than stock.So the analogue grips, I found them to be a bit abrasive so I found a paid of Kontrol Freaks Galaxies in white and as I said I don’t like 3rd party stuff I thought it was gimmicky but these KFs Galaxy pads are soo nice on the thumbs you just don’t care what it looks like as it feels great so highly recommend Kontrol Freaks thumb pads if you see them on offer.

The main cover is great, the covers for the thumbsticks are ridiculous, you’ll break your controller before you get them on

Good fit
I actually bought these for my sweaty-palmed friend, as I was getting fed up of him handing me back a wet controller when it was my turn on whatever game we might be playing. How good they are at absorbing sweat remains to be seen, but they make a vast difference to how the controller feels in the hand. The installation was very easy (no instructions required although they are provided) and they feel kind of tacky (but not in a perished rubber kind of way). I’ve not used it in a long gaming session yet, but hopefully I’ll quickly forget it’s there and accept it as the norm.
