Amazing Speed and Coverage – Perfect for My Flat!
I purchased 2 Amazon eero 6+ mesh Wi-Fi routers about a year ago now – to mesh my network throughout the flat, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The setup was incredibly easy, and within minutes, my entire home was covered with fast and reliable Wi-Fi. The blistering speeds are a major upgrade compared to my previous router, and I’m consistently getting speeds close to the advertised 1.0 Gbps Ethernet. The coverage is fantastic, reaching every corner of my flat without any dead spots, even in rooms far from the router. I can easily connect 75+ devices without any performance issues, which is perfect for my smart home setup, laptops, phones, and more. The release of this router has certainly lived up to its promises, offering excellent value for its price. It also upgrades itself when required.Overall, the Amazon eero 6+ provides superb performance, reliability, and ease of use. If you’re looking for a reliable and high-speed Wi-Fi mesh system, I highly recommend it!

Very Powerful (if you install enough of them)
First and foremost I’m writing this review with a solid Internet speed right now so I’m very happy with the end product. I was using a PowerLine setup before moving across to this product as an alternative direction as my PowerLine connection kept dropping out at points due to the complex electrical signals they were relying on and the mesh setup wasn’t perfect. By comparison, I found the Eero super easy to get setup – simply plug it in alongside the app and follow the instructions through – it does create a true mesh setup but I’m not 100% convinced by the claims of 420m2 for a 3 pack set – I’ve setup around 6 of them around my house (2 floors and half thr quoted 420m2!) to really ensure the speed doesn’t drop in any corner. I think you can use it without the additional units but my 500mbs connection drops rapidly to 5-10mbs without these additional units and I’m now comfortably getting between 50-100mbs in every room of the house which is exactly what I wanted to achieve. They do act as a true mesh so it perfectly works walking round your house on your phone and not losing connection for example so from that perspective I’m very impressed. I have some hardwired ethernet cables across my garden to a room at the back of it and one really neat detail is you can basically connect one unit on either side here as well (I didn’t quote these ones when I mentioned 6 indoor units to be clear!) and will automatically join them together in the mesh to really achieve great speeds out there with no issues at all. I’ve now got full home coverage and including across my garden buildings and loft which did become quite expensive with 3 sets purchased but the Internet powers everything in my home so it’s not an area to cut corners (quite literally). It’s worth noting that it’s also still cheaper than many rival products so I’ve been impressed overall at what it does and although I’ve got units in most rooms now – they do look quite neat so I can’t overly complain there!

Works easily. Quickly and looks really neat
Connection is super easy – replicates signal all over the house. I have a router that I turned the WiFi internally off so that I could benefit from the signal being boosted using the EERO 6+ with the 3 hubs dotted around the house. Easy to setup via the app and clear instructions and guidance throughout the process. I have UltraFast broadband which used to be 850mbps in 2 rooms of the house but shockingly bad (less than 50mbps) everywhere else despite clear line of sight to other rooms. Now I have consistent 400mbps in every corner of the house so am very pleased with the EERO 6+. Named the device the same as my normal Hub and used the same password as existing during setup and that allowed all devices to rejoin the network without having to enter new details on each. Clever tip from another user – thanks.

Super Easy Setup
I got this for £90.00 off in one of Amazon’s lightning deals. Having done a lot of research I was happy to pay full price so this made the deal even sweeter.I’ve worked in IT for over 30 years so I expected this to be pretty straight forward but it was even easier than that. Eero have clearly thought through the setup process such that anyone who can read and follow instructions could have this up and running in 20 minutes. I was a bit disappointed that none of my techy know how was needed, lol.Setup was really simple. Download the Eero app. Plug one of the Eero units into an Ethernet port (Ethernet cable is supplied) of your existing wifi router. Mine is a BT home hub. Power on the device. Follow the instructions on the app and your ‘gateway’ device is set up.Then just place the other units in strategic places around your house one by one and follow the instructions on the app. The units will even tell you if they are optimally placed. Simples! You have two choices when setting your gateway unit up. Either use the same network name and password that you currently have. Doing this will enable all your connected devices to reconnect to it when you disable your existing wifi network. The second option is to create a new network name and password and change all your devices over to that new network. This was my preferred choice. Just leave the old network running and you’ll §still have connectivity for all your devices until they have been migrated across.I now have super reliable wifi connectivity all over the house and out to the bottom of the garden – which is quite large. All my smart home tech can now speak to each other – even the smart bulb in the bar which is at the furthest end of the garden probably 15 to 20 metres from the nearest wifi point. One added bonus is that the two Echo Dot’s that I have are Eero compatible which means that they too, are helping to extend the signal. All in all, I have no complaints or issues with this product and I have found it to be 100% effective for my needs.

Its a very good product with definitely noticeable results but it does take a little bit of planning to set up and i forgot it makes a new network you will need to connet to
