Came very well packaged and on time. Bought as a first gaming pc for my 10 year old . So easy to set up with instructions if needed .

Just as described, perfect for pre teens
This product is exactly as described, my daughter uses it to play Among us, sims and Minecraft and we haven’t found no issues with it, we downloaded Netflix on there and now she uses it as a tv as well as a computer so it’s on for a few hours sometimes and still no issues at all, very happy

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!!
Item came as it said and worked fine. 9 months later its come up with error code for reboot.I have contacted customer service and I have to pay £25 to send it off to get repaired. Surely if its broken within the 12 months warranty they should fork out to get it repaired.I am now another £25 down waiting for them to pick up through DPD and it still may not get fixed.I would avoid this product if I was you. Spend that little bit more and get a better PC .

It’s a good pc but it randomly disconnects from the Wi-Fi and joins again it makes downloading stuff really annoying

My order
Bought this as a gaming pc for my grandaughter the screen stayed on long enough to set up computer, then went blank refused to work afterwards. Then bought another screen. Took 8 days to load a game, could not use computer why loading, the computer kept crashing would not stay on long enough saying WHEA unfixable Error we are collecting data we will restart computer, it does not even restart you have to do it manually. When switching on manually it keeps saying configuring windows please don’t switch off. When it sorts itself out it then crashes. Oh man now I had to replace screen but wasted over 200.00 in something that we cannot use! I haven’t got the money to buy another box, or even to have it fixed. So I suggest either don’t buy from this seller save a bit of extra money a pay for something better.
