Zero customer service when there is a problem
Do not buy these buds!! I have had problems from day one with the left bud not charging. The Skullcandy website is uselessl, takes you round in circles, can’t speak to a human as there is no phone number for them. Their chat feature is useless as its all automated. I have been trying to do a warranty claim since I got them in September, 2025 but even the warranty form wouldn’t work properly. With zero customer support, if you have a problem, you have zero chance of getting it sorted out

Faulty pair I guess.
Buds would not sync with each other.Is a shame as I have a pair already bought from skullcandy themselves and they work wonders. I just thought I’d get myself another pair as was a good price, good to have a spare.Not given up on skullcandy as I have other skullcandy earbuds and earphones and are all fine.

I’ve always been a fan of SkullCandy headphones. They last a long time.Great sound, battery life.I’ve seen other reviews & was skeptical at first like other people. I also like that made from recycled material. Was weird to me as well seeing the charger wire comes from the case, instead of charging hole. But it fits into phone if need too and other charging devices which is a plus. I do wish it also came with a cover to keep them set in the case, it’s alright though they stay in good. Glad I found these. I may purchase another for future for when they do need charging. Pricing is fair definitely 💀

Son buenos, accidentalmente meti los mios a la lavadora y funcionaron. Pedí estos nuevos y los otros (mismo modelo) seguían funcionando. Por eso emiti devolución. Los recomiendo.
