Great for food prep
So far so good. Have been using it daily for smoothies and gratered some red cabbage which was a breeze. Think this will be a game changer for food prep and will probably encourage me to make things that I would have shied away from because thd food processor will make it all so easy.I would give 5 stars but it’s a bit fiddly getting the jug on. You have to position if Just so!

Great size, not too bulky. Suction cups on the base are a good idea. Easy to use and clean. Instruction booklet not the clearest so you do need patience when using it for the first time. Good value for money

Dangerous product
This processor was dangerous. I purchased it in July 2025, used about 10times. This morning( November 25) during use it banged loudly, flash of fire and lots of smoke. I was in process of making a smoothie with my toddlers who thankfully did not come into contact with it! I cannot contact customer service, the number does not connect, there does not seem to be a way to contact them otherwise and it is past the refund date now. Please do not buy this!

Little complicated
Not bad but it’s stressful when you have to always align it before it starts working
