Honest, Unbiased Reviewer –
Great price and feels strong and long lasting
The price is what stands out for me at just under £9 at time of review which I think is a bargain and whilst the design is simple in its concept and execution you can use this resistance exercise tool in a variety of ways and it’s easy to use and take with you on the go such as traveling , holidays, work and home use and is a simple but effective bit of kit that takes up little room.The bands are very strong and resistive for arms and leg work amongst other target areas and the whole thing is well padded with foam materials so is comfortable and protective in case of any kick back from the elastic bands.One thing I’d change is the foot stirrups which seem a bit on the small side especially if you’ve got trainers/sneakers on need to be either adjustable or simply made bigger.My partner can’t use this device whilst wearing trainers as her feet will not go into the stirrups so has to use without footwear.It’s not much of an issue as the stirrups are well padded with foam but if you have larger feet then you should consider something bigger especially if you prefer to exercise with trainers on.Overall for the price though this is a good budget exercise tool and it’s strong, effective and should last a good amount of time and is great for taking with you anywhere, even doing some reps in the car!

Good tension rope exercise
This multifunction tension rope is a good form of exercise and toning, the tension rope feels secure and works well at providing resistance during work out, the handles are a comfortable foam covered sturdy plastic tube and the foot piece has a thick foam cover also which fots well, I like how easy this is to store away and take with me if travelling. This is also a very convieient and cost effective way to work out.
