Troubleshooting: No Sound or Low Volume
1. Check Windows Sound Settings:
Click the speaker icon in your taskbar.
Make sure the volume is up and the correct speaker “LENRUE E-1103” is selected as the playback device.
2. Check Physical Connections: Ensure the USB cable is firmly plugged directly into a computer USB port (not a hub).
3. Test the Speaker: Turn the speaker knob clockwise to ensure its volume is turned up.
4. Try a Different Port/Device:
Plug the USB cable into a different USB port on your computer.
If possible, test the speaker on another computer to see if the problem persists.
5.Check Application Volume:Ensure the volume is turned up in your specific application (e.g., media player, browser, game).

Lenrue PC Speaker “Good”
Just needed a simple cheap speaker as I usually use my headphones but got to the point where I don’t want to wear them all the time when gaming or watching tv vi my monitor.This speaker I simply plugged into my rear usb port on my desktop and it worked right away without going into device settings and enabling. (Firstly removed headphones)You get what you pay for as some say but was quite surprised at the sound quality it produces loud enough for my gaming and watching tv sounds quite good for the price.Don’t expect mega bass or it to sound like a disco down your local working mans club.But for such a small and low priced speaker sound quality is quite good so is the volume.Overall really pleased with it.Ideal cheap replacement for the days when I don’t fancy wearing my headphones.(I use this speaker in a small room)

Sound Quality could be better
A special speaker with a low profile and led light at each end when plugged in. Sound is not as good as it could be as sounds a little strained to give that extra. Serves me well enough for my computer.

This is a nice device to have on hand! I have no issues whatsoever so far. As someone said it before, it is a bit loud and you need to keep holding the volume button down to turn it low. I like the color and the sound quality is perfect! Better than your ipad and your iphone. It fits all my Bluetooth devices but i have issues connecting to my laptop and gives out very loud constant sound while connecting to it, after that it is fine.

La compré para mis reuniones pero no se entiende nada, pareciera que está adentro de una cubeta. Tuve que desconectarla porque se escuchan mejor las bocinas de mi laptop.

Worked great the first time I used it. Second time, started ok but after 5 min it quit. Haven’t tried it again. Got frustrated. Battery was charged up full. I’m sorry I bought it. But it was cheap. Feels and looks nicely made. Instructions are a little sketchy, but easy enough to connect to it.After the seller contacted me, letting me know how to work it, it works great! Great sound, a little loud when it first starts, but very nice for my deck. I’m glad I kept it. Would give it a 5 star, but was frustrated at first.
