Huawei Band 11 – A solid fitness tracker with excellent battery life at a good price
My wife’s three‑year‑old tracker from a well‑known manufacturer had started to misbehave – most notably the battery was only lasting a single day and it had become increasingly difficult to charge. (The charging contacts were badly pitted, with the plating worn through in places. Planned obsolescence, perhaps.)I had similar issues with my own tracker from the same brand last year and so I switched to Huawei several months ago. I’ve had no problems since, which gave me the confidence to buy my wife a Huawei Band 11.Key features we’ve found useful:• Excellent battery life (around 10 days)• Step counter• Heart‑rate monitoring• SpO₂ (blood‑oxygen) monitoring• Timer (handy for cooking, laundry, and other reminders)• A well‑designed companion appMy wife is very happy with the Band 11 — it does everything she needs, reliably, and without the charging frustrations of her previous tracker.

Another good band from Huawei
Brilliant watch. The new features are really good, the heart rate monitor and oxygen show to be very accurate against my oximetor. The new afib detection is a great addition as well as the heart rate variability. Easy to connect to my phone and set up. Gives notifications well and stays connected. Tracks sleep well. Tracks steps well. Can Not have 40 alarms set! Not tried the swimming tracking yet. The watch faces are easy to change, I like that I can have my own photos. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to type a message, there are a changeable number of quick replies but it’s not the same. Overall a really great watch for the price

Good value fitness tracker
Surprised by the ease to attach to IOS and to find the right watch face for my needs. This watch is good value considering the features it has. Appears it will last the 10 days of usage before recharging.

Nice alternative to the mi band
After years of only using mi bands I finally decided to try something new. This band is very similar in a lot of ways making it quite easy to make the switch.There are a couple of down sides but overall feels nicer with the larger display and expanded UI.Some notifications don’t show the app icon for some reason, and the haptics are a bit weak with less customisation than the mi band, but no deal breakers, just little things you notice when switching to a new device.Price seemed good for what you get and nice to know the mi band isn’t the only good budget option around anymore.

Followed instructions to switch on and pair with phone. QR code linked to Apple ONLY for “Huawei Health” App. Much searching, there is NO ANDROID APP for this item, my phone is Samsung. NO warning in product description.So, sadly because it looked good, had to return for refund and find alternative. Obviously cannot be Huawei.

Amazing Tracker
Great watch. Very light and accurately measures heart rate, SP02, sleep and stress. Also nice to see the pulse wave analysis now works in the uk so actively monitors for Afib. Menus are smooth to scroll through and display is bright. Amazing watch for the price. Only downside is there are no new watch faces on the app at the moment but probably due to the watch being brand new on the market.

I bought a Band 7 back in 2022 and it’s been great, I had no intention of replacing it. However, Amazon offered this at £35 and I found it impossible to turn down.The screen is slightly bigger and more colourful. The ‘light up’ mechanism seems to work better as well, always appearing when I need to but turning off quickly when I don’t. Everything is just a bit better than the Band 7 – menus are more intuitive, messages provide more detail, responsiveness is quicker.At that price it’s an absolute bargain and would highly recommend. If you’re thinking about getting a far more expensive watch I would carefully look to see if the additional functionality is really worth it. The only thing I could think would be a big improvement would be NFC and tap to pay – but then that would mean a 3 day battery rather than 2 week.
