Excellent plug-and-play audio interface for the price
The Focusrite Scarlett Solo 4th Gen has been great to use for both recording and music production. It’s truly plug and play-setup was quick and painless, and it worked immediately with my system without any issues. Audio quality is solid, with clean input and low noise, making it easy to get good recordings without a lot of extra tweaking.Another nice bonus is the bundle of free plugins and music tools that come with the interface, which adds real value, especially if you’re just getting started. It’s compact, portable, and well-built, making it easy to take on the go. For the price, it’s definitely worth it if you need a reliable, decent-quality audio interface without spending a lot.

Easy to use, amazing quality audio
Upgraded from a cheap behringer to this. Slightly reluctantly. And I am so not regretting my decision. I’ll start with the pretty lights around each dial. Not completely necessary, maybe, but really cool. I mean, it shows the in/output levels, but so does a line on the knob itself.Setup-wise, this was really easy. had it going in no time, and worked perfectly with my daw. In fact, with the older behringer, when my daw was open, it hijacked the audio so that nothing else in windows could play sound! But this seems to work just fine.Generally, Its pretty easy to use, though I’ve not really done much more than play with half of the buttons on it. For my needs (guitar and vocal recording), this is more than enough. But the audio quality itself, which is the reason I got this rather than a cheaper alternative, well that’s blown me away a bit. People said it was better quality, but I’m no pro, and didn’t expect to notice much. But it really is amazing. Everything down to the quality of the audio through the headphone jack is incredible. I really love this thing, so it may be a bit more expensive than other things out there, but worth every penny.

Excellent Audio Quality and Sleek Design
The Focusrite Scarlett Solo 4th Gen is a fantastic audio interface. The quality is good, providing clear and professional sound for both instruments and vocals.Setup could not be simpler; it’s completely plug and play, connecting easily to the computer and doing exactly what it needs to do right out of the box.The construction is beautiful and robust, with a nice finish that makes it look great on any desk. This is a reliable, high-performing interface and a definite 5-star product for home recording.

Completely amazing device that also looks the part
My first ever audio interface. I’ve started to dabble with music and was using a RCA 3.5 mm straight out of my Mac into my Audioengine speakers. I have a piano, a guitar and a microphone and wanted to start to take sound more seriously and get these instruments and mic connected to my computer in a “proper” way. So an audio interface is needed.I bought the Scarlett Solo 4th gen. I do not think at my stage I need any more inputs. I was initially looking at much more expensive audio interfaces such as the Antelope models that are upwards of £700. But so many people recommend the Scarlet for beginners for the superb build and sound quality.I picked this up in Dec 2023 when it was on offer for £81. It is absolutely superb and easy to use. The sound quality now that I connect my amplifier directly to the Scarlett is amazing. I can also play my guitar and piano through this either through the speakers or via my headphones to save annoying everyone in the house! I really do not know what spending much more money would deliver. Maybe more features but for someone with modest needs like me the Scarlett is more than capable.Build quality is very good and it is a very attractive in a red metal and is built to last. It is small and discrete. Some of these audio interfaces are big and bulky, but not the Scarlett.Simplicity itself to connect it up on my Mac. Just go to Settings>Sounds and then select the Scarlet which automatically gets added to the list of devices. No need for messing about with drivers etc.I was a bit surprised that upon delivery it was quite lightly packaged. But it arrived perfectly sound.Delighted with it!

A lovely piece of studio-quality kit
I’ve been needing an audio interface for some time. I have some studio-quality headphones that I wanted to get the most value out of, and when doing anything music-related, it is essential to bring out more clarity from the audio being sent to the headphones. I am familiar with Focusrite Scarlett from having used them in college, so I already knew the quality would be great. In terms of functionality, I have found that they deliver high-quality audio and capture sound well from microphones. The layout is clear and simple to understand, and compatible with many DAWs, including Ableton and Logic. For £155, I couldn’t argue with the price as it does what it says on the tin. And as a bonus, they include multiple plugins you can download, which makes the value even better. However, I have got my own issues that, although are easy to fix every time they happen, it’s more annoying having to keep plugging and unplugging the power cable due to Windows being Windows and sometimes thinking that I haven’t got it plugged in even though I know it should be functioning as well as it’s intended.

Solid sounding interface with more features than most for the price
Very few frills that aren’t useful. This interface is brilliant!!The preamps are amazing and the outputs and physical controls are so great to have in a time where so many manufacturers are removing buttons and substituting them for software to cut costs. Although, I was amazed at the value for money with this interface! Bus powered and mains powered is great for studio or on the go use too.My only drawback is that Focusrite have chosen safety over volume for the headphone out, but it’s still very clear. Would still recommend to anyone!

Essential part of my PC setup. Using it for gaming, and playing my guitar straight through my DAW and applying fun sounds and amp sims.Limitless potential.

Eccellente scheda audio.

Came all the way from Germany to Asia, and delivery is fast as well!Plug and play type of audio interface that is very well worth it’s cost for starters, and also can be connected to a Desktop or Laptop to interface with things you know you need to. A definite good buy.
