Great resistance bands!
These latex-free resistance bands are a versatile and effective tool for strength training, rehab, and mobility exercises. I appreciate that they come in different resistance levels, making it easy to scale workouts or progress over time. The 1.5m length is perfect for a wide range of movements, from stretching to resistance training. The material feels durable and doesn’t snap or roll during use, which is a big plus. Being latex-free, they’re ideal for those with allergies or sensitive skin. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to add variety to your workouts, these bands are a solid choice.

Good value resistance bands
Although not super-fit, I’m enjoying complementing my normal free weights routine with resistance bands, and had been looking for a set that aren’t the loop sort, to allow for a greater variety of uses for myself and family members. These fit the bill, and seem good quality – although durability will only be tested with time. There’s no information regarding how many lbs/kilos of resistance each band offers, but the light one is light enough that I’ve given it to an elderly relative to help with rehab and rebuilding strength – so pretty light. The strongest one is enough to give me a good workout, and they are long enough to be used doubled, or knotted in a loop. These should be good for anyone with a latex allergy, although I’d caution that they do have a very strong smell akin to flyspray, so maybe not suitable to anyone who’s sensitive to perfume.

Very light weight resistance
These are non latex long bands proving a range of resistance levels ranging from Extra Light to Extra Strong. The 3 set one has Light, Medium and Strong resistance levels but the challenge is how they are perceived e.g. for Strong I would assumed it would have a much higher resistance than it did. So in essence it provides quite low levels of resistance. However if you needed to use these for light mobility, yoga, stretching then these could be suitable. If you wanted something with more resistance then these would not be suitable. So whilst it states it is suitable for Advanced users and strength training, I would say it is more for those rehabilitating or using for lighter yoga style work. The non latex material would be helpful for those not wanting a latex material. As they are quite thin, only time will tell in terms of overall durability with use.

Good to use for light exercise workouts
I feel that this set of three resistance bands would be good to help with light exercise or for those new to using resistance bands who want a gentler workout. These offer a fairly light level of resistance, but I do like the length of them, I can double them up to make a stronger resistance level when required. They have a finely textured surface, which helps with grip.

Best suited to children – weak, smelly and short
I have a latex-free “light” resistance band given to me by a physio years ago and I wanted to get some stronger ones. This set of three supposedly includes, light, medium and strong, but the strong is only about as resistant as the light I already own and the other two offer very little resistance at all. They are also very, very, smelly and although I did not have the same severe reaction as I would to latex, they were covered in some form of chemical powder that still irritated my skin slightly. Most resistance bands are 1.5M long, whereas these are only 2m, although this is stated in the listing if you look closely and as I am only 5’4” this length is just about long enough for me. Given the various issues I’ve explained above they aren’t actually any use to me though so I’ve given them to my 9 year old as the shorter length and lower resistance suit him. These bands are considerably more expensive than others I’ve seen and I hoped that meant they would impress me in terms of quality and performance, but they have not.

Excellent quality long resistance bands
These bands offer 3 x resistance levels, and are made of a really stretchy yet durable material – which even with the most aggressive stretching feels safe and secure. The size of the bands is a very versatile 1.5m, and they are plenty wide enough for all kinds of exercises, including head/ neck, as the band doesn’t cause restriction/ rope-like pressure.Functionally, these give a great workout. Very happy.

Low level resistance bands, so check they’re suitable for your needs
I found these resistance bands to be underwhelming overall. Despite the product description, they’re not very resistant, and even the strongest band in the set doesn’t provide much challenge. I would categorise them more as light bands suited for rehab or physical therapy rather than for strength training or serious workouts. The elasticity didn’t really work for me—it feels too soft and doesn’t offer the kind of resistance I prefer for building strength. There’s definitely room for improvement in that area. Also, considering the performance, the price feels a bit steep for just three bands. On the plus side, the bands are thin and lightweight, making them easy to grip and quite comfortable to hold during exercises. They’re also compact and portable, which is a bonus for travel or home workouts. In short, if you’re looking for gentle resistance—perhaps for recovery or mobility work—these could work for you. But for more intense training, I’d recommend looking for a sturdier, more durable set.
