Great buy!
A great buy, looks new with no scratches. Performs just great. Also good to find a laptop with USB A ports, very handy. I am very pleased I found this company. Also packed really well in a proper laptop air bubble cushion. Delivered fast. Have no doubts about ordering from this company if your buy is like mine you will be very pleased.

This Is A Bargain Laptop, Advertised As Renewed But Looks Brand New!!
This a good quality laptop which is advertised as ‘renewed’ but look pristine and as if it is brand new!There wasn’t a mark anywhere on it and it came in a proper laptop box, which contained the warranty cards and user instructions.16GB of memory is really fast and more than enough for the average home user and the supplied 512GB SSD hard drive is more than enough for any home user.The battery was 45% on arrival but charged to 100% within 2 hours.There was no noticeable heat from the charger and it identified immediately once plugged into the laptop.The laptop is fairly light weight ( if you are carrying it around).The screen was crystal clear and could be adjusted quickly for brightness from keys on the ‘F menu’ row of buttons.As a refurbished laptop and coming from a totally reputable brand it is definitely value for money compared to similar models that carry a much heftier price advertised as new.The Windows 11 Pro is a definite bonus, allowing the user to still have the laptop on a ‘local’ account before Microsoft disables that feature.It has all the USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports that the average user needs plus the option of HDMI for extending a second screen.Really more than happy that I bought this one and can personally recommend it worthy of a good review.

Needs a lot of Dell updates
opened up the box and fired up a-ok no real major issues found until I put it into hibernation and tried to get it to wake up again… Found that Dell supportAssist was not installed, installed this and it highlighted a LOT of Dell updates including new BIOS. Installed all these and also disabled the hibernation. Now fully updated and I also checked the new BIOS out.Running fine now although one of the wonderful windowz updates nearly broke it (way to go Microsoft!).Good little laptop and well refurb’d (good one Level3 😉 I had the same model but the Intel i9 version for work use so i know them quite well. Make sure you check for Dell updates if you buy one..

Very Happy
I have waited a couple of weeks before leaving a review and now I can confidently say that I am satisfied. The laptop looks brand new, no visible scratches or anything on the inside and on the outside. It is a very good size and easy to carry. When I opened, it wasn’t reset so I had to do it but once it was done it was very simple to set up. The laptop itself is fast, connect easily to wifi and bluetooth and I can write, work and code from it which I am very happy about. It has a thing to hide the camera and mine was a UK keyboard and UK charger so very convenient (I don’t know if they change depending on the country you purchase from), trackpoint but no touch ID. My previous laptop was 4GB RAM and 64GB SSD so an upgrade was much needed and this laptop is just the perfect replacement! Having used it for 2 weeks now, no issue came up, no virus, pop up message or weird update so yeah, for the price I am incredibly happy. Let’s see if it can last for many years now.

Wouldn’t touch any laptop from this seller
Dell laptop was working for about 5 minutes then the laptop wouldn’t boot up properly, kept saying needed to reboot coz it couldn’t boot up from switching on so it had to keep rebooting, plus the battery was not the best after charging up the laptop battery, I tried to turn the laptop on the next morning after I had charged it the day before but nothing the laptop wouldn’t stay on it would switch itself off after 2 seconds so I plugged in the power cord and the laptop came on after rebooting a couple of times I noticed the battery was completely dead no power in the battery at all, so I had to send the dell laptop back for a refund which I never received and coz it was a faulty laptop I was supposed to be refunded the shipping costs which I never received either so I will never purchase anything that is supposed to be refurbished ever again as the entire experience was very expensive. To me the screws at the bottom of the laptop was never removed as there was no marks on the screw heads coz if it was actually refurbished the screws would have slight damage or scratches on the heads of the screws no damage or marks on the screws it looked like it just came from the manufacturer as it appears it was not taken apart to do any kind refurbishment of the dell laptop as the battery inside the dell laptop was beyond useless as it couldn’t hold charge overnight as I had to plug in the power cord to get it to function the next morning as there was zero power in the battery.

Very good value fora refurbed laptop. Great price too.
Feels like a modern lightweight laptop. The one I received was mostly super quality apart from a small cosmetic scratch on the top of the keyboard. Works, extremely well for it’s spec. Complete with charger and new win11 op system which installed no problem.

Incorrect charger supplied
The laptop is fine but I’ve found out that the charger is undersized. It requires a 130w charger not the 65w model supplied.
