Fantastic Quality and customer service
My brother recommended these as I wanted cctv around my house and outbuildings. I purchased one and was easy even for me to install. Great clarity even at night. I bought another 3 and working great and acts as additional security for the home. I don’t subscribe to the plan so just paid the purchase price, but for the quality of product and live and recorded videos, is really fantastic value – just small one off payment unless you want more capacity so just pay bit more. When I had a problem with one camera not working as it should I sent an email, not really expecting to hear back. Within a day, I received a reply with troubleshooting procedures, which resolved it – could not ask for better service

Exceeded Expectations! Fantastic Camera
At first, I was a bit skeptical about this 2K solar CCTV camera due to its low price. However, my worries were completely unfounded. The camera quality is amazing, providing clear and crisp images. It charges efficiently even in low light conditions, which is a huge plus.Setting it up was a breeze, and the accompanying app is user-friendly and intuitive. Initially, I used an SD card for storage, and it performed flawlessly. I was so impressed that I decided to purchase another camera and upgrade to the cloud storage option. The cloud storage has been fantastic, offering seamless integration and easy access to my footage. The iPad and zoom functions are amazing for a small camera.Overall, this camera has far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable security solution.

Great camera but useless for security!
I have had two of these cameras installed at my home for around 12 months now. The cameras themselves work fine. Picture quality is good, solar power had been fine. Although one of the cameras had recently gone offline. I suspect it because it’s not getting enough sun recently to charge the battery. Not a fault of the camera. I just need to reposition the angle of the solar panel to fix that.So why only 1 star?Because it’s useless as a security camera!! It only records 10 seconds of movement. That’s it! They want you to subscribe for cloud storage. Which they heavily advertise in the app! Which means you have to pay for using your own Cameras for the entirety of the time you use them. Which could be years. I am looking to replace them but it seems most of the alternatives work along the same lines. You need to subscribe to cloud storage to get the fully functionality of the camera. So basically, you buy it, but then pay a monthly/ yearly fee to use it fully. So you’re just renting it essentially!

Good Value
I’ve been using the Cinnado B6 cameras and I’m genuinely very satisfied with them. I currently have five units. and they have been stable, and easy to use. The setup is straightforward, the performance is consistent, and overall they feel like a well-thought-out product.I also want to highlight the customer support, which has been absolutely spot on. They are responsive, professional, and incredibly quick — they literally reply within minutes. Whenever I had a question, I received a clear and helpful answer almost immediately.Overall, I’m very happy with the Cinnado B6 cameras and the support behind them. I would definitely recommend them.

Can’t get notification’s but a great camera
UpdateCustomer service has been in touch and tried to resolve this issue, but still no luck with the notifications, but they have issued a full refund and told me to keep the camera, so now I will persevere with trying to get to the bottom of this notification issue, the camera quality and features is great and for that I would recommend this camera, whether it’s my internet is too fast for the camera notifications as we have high speed fibre, or my router isn’t compatible I just don’t know but the live picture and being able to move the camera around when viewing live is awesome. If anyone else had had this same issue and found away to resolve it please let me know.So unlike my blink cameras that have no issue sending me a notification every time there is motion, this camera no matter what I do will not send any notifications to my phone. I have been all through the settings, contacted support which want any help at all, I’ve removed the camera reinstalled the camera and still nothing so will be returning it, which is a shame as the video quality is far superior to the blink cameras and the ability to move the camera around is a bonus, but if I am not getting the notifications then it’s useless.

After a lot of searching on outdoor cameras for a chicken coop, I settled on this Cinnado 2k, and ordered 2 of them. When they arrived, they were very well packaged and in perfect condition. They were super easy to set up, paired immediately with the app, and everything was pretty much completely straight forward and easy to understand. The solar power works well and seems to hold it’s charge for a decent amount of time. Every time I check my camera, the battery is rarely below 90%, however, while we have had overcast days, we haven’t had any VERY overcast days, so that might effect the charge.I had a single major issue with 1 camera. When I was setting up the first one and working through all the options in the app, I realized that while all the app options worked great, the camera wouldn’t pan up and down. I could hear the motor whirring like it did when it would pan side to side, but the camera wouldn’t move. I hooked up the 2nd one I had purchased and it worked flawlessly. I immediately emailed Cinnado’s customer support and within 10 minutes, I got a reply with a number of suggestions of things to try, but unfortunately none of them fixed the problem. I was then asked to send a quick video of what exactly the camera was doing, which I did. My email was then sent on to a specialized professional and I was put in contact with Aleyna. She was very professional and helpful. She walked me through trying 1 more thing, but it also didn’t fix the issue. In the end, Cinnado sent me a replacement camera, which arrived within a couple days and worked perfectly! So, Cinnado customer support definitely gets a 5 star from me!Other than that issue, this camera is really nice. Along with panning in all directions, it has movement detection which can run non-stop, or you can set up a time when you want it to detect. At night, it uses infrared and works very well, or you can have it actually trigger lights to turn on on the camera and shine out. When it detects movement, it will record a brief 10 second clip and you can choose to get a notification at the same time. (If you sign up for their cloud storage, it can record for longer periods.) The picture quality is really good too, which I’m super happy with. There’s a two way communication, so you can talk through the camera if you need to.The only other small issue we have, is some lag in communication with the wireless. Sometimes the camera lags when I try to move it. However, that’s pretty standard for where I live and the environment I’m in, so I can’t really complain too much.Overall, for the price, this is a great option! The fact that customer service was also phenomenal makes it all the more worth purchasing.

I ordered this camera to cover the back of my house, behind my master bedroom, extending into the alley behind the house. I mounted it high up under the peak of my master bedroom so that I am able to move the camera to see down the alley in both directions, in case there is a theft at my property or at a neighbor’s property and we want/need footage of any vehicles or persons that may have been using the alley as access. This camera is powered by a solar panel and a built-in battery pack so it doesn’t require running power to wherever you decide to mount it, which is a huge plus. This camera has full motion, and is controllable through the Wansview app console, so you can rotate the view side to side, as well as tilt it up and down to get a full 360 view of your surroundings. It has a built-in light that can be set to trigger upon sensing motion, so it lights up the area and startles whoever enters the area, or just as a convenience feature for you when you enter the area. It also has a built-in siren that can be set to scare away an intruder and alert others of their presence. There is a two-way communication feature which is convenient so that you can talk to anyone that may be within view of the camera, so you don’t have to confront them in person. You are able to set up to 4 favorite views within the app so that you can quickly change to that view without having to use the console to control the camera manually to move to that position. Just press the image of the position you want to view and the camera will quickly move itself to that location for you. This is great for those of us who have specific items of interest that we want to be able to monitor quickly, on a regular basis.I have a total of 11 cameras and this one is one of my favorites because of how quickly it responds and moves when I need to adjust positions. The video quality during both day and night is extremely good, and is comparable to much more expensive models. The motion sensing can be adjusted to your preference so that it isn’t overly sensitive to movement. You can set up motion notifications so that it alerts you on your phone whenever motion is detected so that you can check the camera to see what set it off and if there is anything to be concerned about. You can monitor and control the camera/s using the Wansview app from anywhere you may be, at any time, and communicate via audio as well. This is handy when you are expecting a delivery, friends or family, or service personnel and need to give them instructions when you are away from home.If you’re looking for a good wireless security camera with a lot of features to monitor outside (or even inside) your home, I would recommend this one without hesitation. The only complaint I have about ANY of these types of cameras is that they only record brief video clips when they detect motion, but they will reset and record again every time they detect more movement. You can however manually start recording video if you see something you feel needs to be recorded and want to capture and it will record as long as you choose (or until you run out of space).

The first thing that struck me about the B6 camera was its heft. It’s seemed somewhat heavier than I expected even without the solar panel which by itself is light. This is probably due to its motor and relatively large rechargeable battery. It took me a while to figure out how to separate the mounting bracket from the camera. You just need to pull the two apart, but I was reluctant at first due to fear of cracking the plastic. It’s quite a clever system that wasn’t intuitive to me and not addressed in the limited directions.Activating the camera and connecting to my wifi network was very straightforward. Once activated it performed very well except that it would sometimes go offline even though it was located relatively close to the wifi router. My original intention was to install the camera on my chimney to get a good bird’s eye view of my yard and be able to pan it to items of interest. Instead of trying to hard mount it to the masonry, I fastened the camera and solar panel to a 10” by 14” plywood panel with hooks. I then strung a thin cable around the flue to hang the camera and panel as one unit. I thought this location would be ideal since it receives a lot of sun to recharge the battery and can’t be easily accessed. However, I was a little disappointed after finally trying it out since the field of view is so wide that the roofline significantly limited what could be seen. Also, from that high vantage point the pan feature wasn’t needed since everything not obstructed could already be seen. Furthermore, although the video quality is very good nothing could be seen with great detail since the camera is zoomed out relatively far. I would much prefer the camera have a longer focal length (i.e. greater zoom). The pan feature would be more beneficial and more distant objects could be better seen. Maybe in the future, the manufacturer will consider adding an adjustable/changeable lens that could be preset manually by the user for a wide or zoom view (hint, hint).Since the chimney location didn’t work out so well, I relocated the camera and hung it from a fence in my backyard. Again, the pan feature is not really needed since the field of view is so large as can be seen from the photo. The IR feature works extremely well with very clear nighttime images. One can optionally use the built in LED lights for full color images, but the LEDs will consume additional battery power and the bright light can be intrusive. I didn’t play with the motion detection capability much, but it seems challenging to adjust the sensitivity between too easily triggered or not enough.I found it odd that the phone version (Android in my case) of the Wansview Cloud app that’s recommended to control the camera has much more capability than the PC version. For example, none of the camera settings pertaining to motion detection, light and night vision, image rotation, etc are available on the PC version, only the phone version. If I were using this camera more seriously to conduct security monitoring, I’d much prefer using a PC due to the larger display.

Start with why a Four. It was due to the minimal instructions needed to set this up to include installation. Google for videos as it is available by purchasers like us.Otherwise? I love this SECURITY camera. I have ability to adjust (from the app) the position of the camera, sets off alarm if someone comes to area. Or turn alarm off. Press talk and can converse with people (in my case apparently animals!)Very clear picture, connectivity is excellent. Night time I can press a button and light up area to go from night vision to color. Here, it was just a night time capture.App is simple to use,A very affordable option for self monitoring!

Do not buy these cameras they work when they wanna work. I have gone through everything. Customer service has asked me to do. They apparently don’t understand English enough to be able to understand that their cameras don’t work. Their sensitivity level has to be at a certain point or they don’t work. You have to be exactly right in front of the camera or they don’t work. I need them on my driveway. I need them around my property I need them to detect at any point in time that there is movement, whether it be a vehicle a person a dog but no, it will detect fast movement and fast movement only if that’s what it’s set on or it will take slow movement or slow movement only if that’s what it’s set on or it will detect media movement and yet for some reason, it will detect no movement at all when something goes right directly in front of it. It’ll detect a spider or an spiderweb, but it won’t detect a vehicle when I need it to detect the vehicle. Absolute waste of money they are going in the trash nine cameras going in the trash. I will go find my previous company from 15 years ago that I had on my house in the city.
