Impressive.
This is a great camera. Connecting to your phone is quick and easy. Once it’s connected to your WiFi it’s ready to install. 3 screws and it’s done. I was concerned about how long the battery would last as it is solar powered, I fully charged it before I installed it and a week later the battery has remained full just on the solar power. Very impressed. The app is easy to use. You can control the light and siren and camera movement from wherever you are. Also having the microphone and talk back feature is a great touch. Video quality is excellent even at night. The light automatically comes on when movement is detected and recording starts. Great camera and excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

Great piece of kit
Great piece of kit. Straightforward to install, worked immediately with long battery life and stable connection. Easy to access and control from anywhere with all sorts of options, motion detection, lights, hold to talk etc. Very clear picture until… it suddenly start to fog up a little so I contacted Anran – and they sent me a replacement immediately, even though it was out of warranty. Outstanding customer service. Recommended.

Excellent Camera Easy to Install
Have put them up and so far so good the app is good and the picture quality is also very good. Well worth the money. I am now in the process of putting up my second camera as the first has been working so well. The units are very easy to install and it looks like the customer service department are on the ball. The app has been doing what it said it would do and all round I am very pleased with the purchase. Installed my second unit and the picture quality was not as good as the first camera, spoke with customer service who were excellent and very fast in responding. Asked for a few pictures off the camera and I sent them to customer service who agreed and said a new unit would be sent as a replacement and it would be with me by Saturday I have received confirmation it’s on the way. I will update when new unit comes. Received the new unit exactly when the company said it would arrive this is great customer service, charging unit before installation. Every thing is ok now and I was impressed with the way the exchange went I would recommend this camera .

Excellent camera!
Easy to install with no wires whatsoever. Haven’t had chance to test the solar panel yet as we’ve had nothing but pouring rain so charged via the mains. Had a slight issue with it not motion detecting but after a reset all good. Quality is very good and it has audio and sirens alarms that you can get if it detects a human in the middle of the night. Overall a great purchase 4.5 star and would highly recommend.

Amazing camera
Such an amazing camera. Really impressed. Easy to set up, lots of features which were not on my previous cameras. Clear picture, love the spotlights (which frightened the postman!). Was sceptical about the solar panel, but it charges even in low light. I bought 2 cameras and had an amazing deal. Great value.

Updated 6 months on (in summer) June 27th 2024The camera is just 2m plus external wall from router with my Full Fibre connection. Sadly it keeps dropping off from the Amran app, meaning I can’t control its functions or see a video feed.However Alexa till let’s ne see a video feed.It had a very good WiFi connection to my Router & phone when set up,in fact “Excellent”, but now, despite being in same location, the app won’t reconnect saying I now have a “Weak” signal.Have deleted camera to reset it , downloaded another app, and all issues are with the camera.I have even place the camera with just the external wall between camera & router, and it still say “Weak” Signal and wont reconnectSadly I now have a camera which is of no use to me, apart from being a visual deterant, & have reduced my review to 1 star…would have given it Zero if I could. Wish I’d never bought itOriginal Post :-Purchased as Son nearly lost his van in a nightly attempt to steal it. I live in a very low crime area.I’ve had the camera for about 6 weeksI have camera facing North…so I can monitor the road where van parked in ……but with the solar panel facing south…it gets the benefit of any sun till about 1pmEven when sunny, so far this winter the solar panel isn’t man enough to recharge the battery, which subsequently drains in full every 7 or 8 daysCons :(1) You have to delete 5Ghz Channel from your Router…but then most of these types of cameras require this.(2) Despite several sunny days, the batteries drain faster than being recharged.(3) When drained, its needs to be manually taken off the external wall bracket and recharged indoors which takes a whole day even of 3.1amp charging port(4) Probably will have to feed a USB C lead up thru the eaves and into an inside socket to keep fully charged, but not looking forward to doing that.Pros :(1) Fairly easy to install…once you’ve been in the insides of your Router to disable 5GHz Channel, (note updated 6 m later…please read above a camera dropped off from app & won’t reconnect despite bring in the same place)(2) You get paper templates to guide you where to drill the Wall bracket/Mount and Solar Panel Base(3) Takes 128GB micro sd card(4) App is great….many many different ways to use your CCTV camera in conjunction with the app…but I now can’t access it(5) App allows you to turn the camera, up or down, side to side(6) Easy to look at videos recorded to the sd cardOn balance, it gives peace of mind having the camera, but disappointed that Solar Panel in winter cant do the job, which then requires manual charging.

Great camera. Works really well. We set it up for security of our flat as we have had issues with neighbours. It picks up motion and records. You can also use a siren. Connect well to app. Would recommend for security.

Placé sur un poteau d’éclairage électrique…dans un pays du sud (belle image)A voir la batterie sur le long terme..après qques mois d’utilisation l’image devient flou on dirait que la mise au point ne se fait plus correctement le service après vente va le solutionner (grand merci)..je possède 3 autres caméra solaires qui fonctionnent parfaitement

Facile da installare. Anche l’app di utilizzo è semplice con poche mosse abbiamo aggiunto i componenti della famiglia per osservare le segnalazioni. La batteria è caricata dal pannello solare. Per ora è un ottimo prodotto

Facile à installer. Cependant veuillez noter que vous avez besoin d’avoir un réseau wifi de 2,4 GHz. Vous pouvez appeler votre compagnie d’internet et leur demander comment séparer votre réseau 5 GHz en deux et il vont vous guider. Une fois que vous avec votre réseau 2,4 GHz il est facile de connecter la caméra.L’image et le son sont très claire. La détection de mouvement fonctionne bien. Je peut reçevoir des notification en temps réel sur mon téléphone. Faire des enregistrements, partir un alarme etc.Le panneau solaire fonctionne très bien. Je n’ai jamais manquer de batterie depuis l’installation.
