Good quality resistance band set – but the bands are quite long for shorter users
I bought this resistance band set to use for home workouts and overall the quality is very good. The bands feel strong and durable and the accessories included make it a versatile set.Build Quality:The bands feel sturdy and well made, and the clips and attachments feel secure during use. Everything feels like good quality rather than flimsy, and the bar and handles are comfortable to hold while exercising.Accessories:The set includes several useful attachments. The over-door anchor is especially good — it’s actually my husband’s favourite part of the set because it makes it easy to add resistance exercises without needing any other equipment.Resistance & Use:The resistance itself works well and the bands provide smooth tension during exercises.Length:The only downside for me is the band length. Some resistance band sets allow you to wrap the band around the bar multiple times to shorten it, but this set doesn’t really allow for that. Because of my height (5ft5), the bands feel quite long and I only start to feel proper resistance when I’m fully stretched — and even then it’s quite light.If you’re around 5ft6 or taller, this likely won’t be an issue, but shorter users may find the bands a bit long depending on the exercise.Things I liked• Good overall build quality• Strong bands and secure clips• Versatile set with multiple attachments• Over-door anchor works very well• Good value for moneyThings to consider• Bands are quite long and not easily adjustable• Shorter users may struggle to get full resistanceOverall:This is a good quality resistance band set with useful accessories and solid build quality. Great kit for home gym
Nice a strong piece of kit with robust catches. I feel confident in the bands unlike some other brands I’ve tried. The bar is good, could do with being a little longer and the bands are too long for dead lifts etc to be effective below the knee. The foot straps are a great addition and the handles wide enough to prevent chaffing of the knuckles. I would recommend this set

£34.39 at time of purchase April 2025Nice tube bands and bar. Unfortunately the straps wouldn’t hold where they were set and kept slipping make the exercises difficult to perform.These would have been a staple part of my fitness equipment if not for that fault.

Great quality
Really good bit of kit for my home workouts, would be nice if the hand and foot straps were individual, combining them like this I find just makes the length between the floor and the bar marginally too long to hold tension in a squat all the way down
