I Should Have Listened About Dell/Alienware – Do Not Buy Their Products
I should have listened to reviews and a large number of Redditors when they said not to trust Dell or Alienware.Terrible customer support, and this specific desktop came broken. As in it would power on for about 3 seconds and then something would start sparking internally and shut down completely. The side panel is made from plastic and, to be frank, the internals look pretty shoddy as well.Mine is far from an isolated case with this company – I would urge anyone considering any Dell or Alienware products to believe the negative reviews about the company. Awful, cheap, tat – at an above market price for what you actually get.Go with HP – or basically anyone else. Even Apple are better.Do not buy under any circumstance.
