Really impressed
Wasn’t sure about these at first given how cheap they are but wow. Good sturdy build product that cuts hair really cleanly without tugging. The size is about standard for a pair of hair clippers and the weight gives it a sturdy build feel. Only used twice so far so and haven’t needed to charge it since taking delivery clearly great power without draining battery life excessively

Ordered this for a Christmas present, he had it less than a month and tonight after he finished using it, it wouldn’t turn off. It became very hot and vibrating even louder so after 5 minutes we ended up throwing it in the garden as I was worried it would explode!

comb attachment feel poorly designed /noise level
I bought this trimmer because of the advertised features, but after some use, there are a few points worth mentioning.The unit weighs around 200 g, which feels heavier than expected for a detail trimmer and can become tiring to hold during longer use.The noise level is advertised as being below 60 dB, but in my experience it never reaches that level, even on the lowest setting. It measures around 73 dB on the highest speed and about 67 dB on the lowest, making it noticeably louder than similar trimmers.Another downside is that it is not waterproof, so it cannot be washed under the sink, whereas many other trimmers advertise being waterproof or at least safe to rinse, which makes cleaning less convenient.The comb attachments also feel poorly designed, as the latch that holds the comb in place seems weak and flimsy, and I don’t think it will last long-term — it looks like it could easily break with regular use and change over . There is also a small plastic cover under the blade that needs to be removed for proper cleaning of the shaft connected to the blade. Over time, repeatedly removing and refitting this cover may cause it to break, and if someone is unaware that it needs to be removed, hair can build up underneath, reducing the trimmer’s efficiency.That said, for the price this is clearly a budget trimmer and it does the job, and it may last a long time depending on how often it is used. I can’t comment on the internal components such as the motor or battery, but at the time of writing this review it is charging properly and working fine. Overall, it works for the money you pay, but there are some design and usability compromises to be aware of.
